Please feel free to watch o(^▽^)o 【Recipe】 ◻︎ Chef Kasahara's Fried Chicken "karaage" Ingredients (3-4 servings) 2 chicken thighs Flour as needed A dash of potato starch and flour A pinch of white pepper and salt ＊Marinade sauce＊ 3 T soy sauce and sake 2 t sugar 2 t garlic and ginger About 2 pinches salt ◻︎ Professional fried chicken "karaage" ＊Marinade sauce＊ 2T soy sauce 1 Tmirin 1 T sake 1 T oyster sauce 1 clove fresh garlic* about 10g 5 sprinkles of nutmeg 1/3 t curry powder ◽︎ omelet "tamagoyaki" 2 eggs 1 T mentsuyu 2 t sugar 1 to 2 T water ◻︎Neapolitan 200g pasta 1/2 onion 2 green peppers 4 sausages Butter to taste 8 T ketchup 2 T Worcestershire sauce 5 T milk 1 t sugar A pinch of salt ◻︎ Mini corn dog "American dog" 150 g pancake mix "hotcake mix" 10 pieces of sausage 120cc milk 1 T mayonnaise A pinch of salt Dash of oil ※Japanese pancake mix is mainly "Hotcake mix," a slightly sweet mix that puffs up well.
