Starved Behind The Fence, He Cried Each Day Hoping His Owner Would Return. Many people reported this dog and it went viral on our VK. So nearly a month, it was left alone behind this fence. His owner wanted it to guard the properly when he's away. Without kennel or food, just it alone to fight on his own.When we came and offer food, he was very starved. We tried to contact the owner but couldn't reach him. So we asked local police if we can cut that fence but we didn't get any approval, it took so long for that. For few days, we have volunteers to give it food while waiting for police's approval to take him...
