Сегодня я решил рискнуть и очистить тротуар в районе, где проходит линия высокого напряжения — месте, которое на протяжении многих лет вызывало страх у местных жителей. Сорняки разрослись, мусор скапливался, а электрические столбы и переплетённые провода заставляли каждого проходить мимо с опасением. Многие говорили мне не рисковать и не убираться здесь, потому что опасность всегда рядом — малейшая ошибка может стоить жизни. Но, думая о пожилых людях и детях, которые вынуждены обходить это место стороной, я не смог оставаться бездействующим. Взяв перчатки, ножницы и метлу — простые ручные инструменты — я осторожно начал работать шаг за шагом. Во время уборки я нашёл пчелиное гнездо у корней дерева, поэтому использовал огонь, чтобы убрать сорняки вокруг. После многих часов упорного труда мы наконец закончили очистку двух участков тротуара. Когда я увидел, как жители спокойно проходят и улыбаются с облегчением, я понял, что все усилия были не напрасны. Наверное, иногда достаточно одного человека, который осмелится сделать то, чего боятся все, чтобы страх постепенно исчез, уступив место вере и спокойствию в повседневной жизни.
