Есть такая партия! - There is such party! (Soviet song)

"Есть такая партия!" (There is such party!) was a phrase uttered by Vladimir Lenin at the first All-Russian Congress of Soviets in June 1917 as a response to a question brought up by the Menshevik Minister of the Provisional Government Irakli Tsereteli. In face of the chaotic situation the cuntry was enduring, Tsereteli asked: "can any of the delegates name a party that would risk taking power into its own hands and taking responsibility for everything that happens in Russia? There is no such party in Russia!" Lenin replied with the phrase "There is such party!"
