Titus survived multiple strokes as an infant that were caused by a rare disease known as Moyamoya. He is now diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic quadriplegia. Titus loves to spend time with his siblings and play ball. His family wants others to know that, "Even if a person requires assistance with all things they can still have a really beautiful and full life."
