Сегодня занимаемся английским по истории про заказ пиццы. Not What I Ordered Alex was hungry. It was Friday night, and he didn’t feel like cooking. He opened the delivery app and ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Thirty minutes later, the doorbell rang. The pizza box smelled amazing. Alex paid, closed the door, sat down, opened the box… Pineapple. And mushrooms. He looked at it for a moment, then checked the receipt. It said “pepperoni”. He called the number. “Hi,” he said. “I think there was a misunderstanding. You gave me the wrong pizza.” A bored voice replied, “Can’t be. That’s what the kitchen made.” “Well, I didn’t order a pineapple pizza,” Alex said. “Sorry about that. You want us to send another one?” Alex looked at the pizza again. “…Nah. It’s fine. Thanks”, he said. He took a slice. It wasn’t bad. He took another one. By the fourth slice, he muttered, “Still not what I ordered.” He ended up eating the whole pizza.
