Ashi Waza (foot/leg techniques) belongs to the throwing techniques (Nage Waza) group of Judo. It mainly consists of sweeping, reaping and hooking throws. Ashi Waza has some of the smoothest and technically difficult throws. For many people, Ashi Waza is often synonymous with footsweeps and leg reaps, so in this compilation I packed the best footsweep and leg reap throws I was able to find.
