Прогулка по Москве, не может обойтись без посещения Кремля. Ну а литейщик не может не поразглядывать все литье которое видит)). В первой части видео показано литье находящееся в "центре" экспозиции, это царь пушка, царь колокол и еще несколько старинных орудий. В первую очередь интересовало качество литья, наличие дефектов формы и литья, Удивительно, но самые "дефектные" орудия находятся именно в центре, здесь и раковины, и смещения и вмятины. Толи это специально сделано, чтобы показать "старину", толи еще какой то умысел...Но орудие 1672 г. выглядит не очень. На его фоне "новодел" лафет царь пушки 1835 г.в. просто идеален. Колокола произвели впечатление качественного литья, но уступающего орудиям. Здесь есть и раковинки и небольшие поверхностные дефекты...Царь колокол вообще с литейными раковинами в палец, что в принципе не мудрено с его то размерами. Гораздо лучшее впечатление произвели пушки находящиеся " в стороне" от основной экспозиции. Здесь есть мелкие дефекты, но их значительно меньше, чем в "центре", часть из них носит явно транспортировочный и эксплуатационный характер. Например орудие "Лев" 1705 г.в. ,все покрыто "резьбой" получить которую и сейчас было бы не просто, имеет дефекты похожие на литейные...но смущает возраст, может быть это уже коррозия? Специалисты по бронзе подскажут?)) Впечатлило орудие 1547 г.в. Это 2,5 метровая пушка небольшого диаметра, где-то 15-20 диаметров в длину, как почти 500 лет назад изготовили изделие, которое и сейчас доставит не мало сложностей, для меня загадка.
