Я решил сделать то, что казалось невозможным, не для того чтобы что-то доказать, а просто чтобы снова увидеть эту улицу чистой и красивой. В течение многих дней я вместе с несколькими друзьями настойчиво косил траву, собирал мусор, подбирал каждую пластиковую сумку и осколок стекла, разбросанные повсюду. Под палящим солнцем или под дождём мы не останавливались. Почти через неделю тротуар длиной почти километр, который раньше был заброшен и зарос сорняками, наконец был полностью очищен, и на его месте появились старые, но аккуратные плитки. Прохожие удивлялись — кто-то останавливался поговорить, кто-то улыбался и подбадривал нас. Я понял, что нет ничего «трудно убираемого», если есть решимость и действие. Главное — не говорить, а действовать, чтобы изменить что-то. И этот километровый тротуар для меня — самое ясное тому доказательство.
