With the help of our devices it is now possible to activate the bench mode in the PSG16 control unit, which were installed on Opel with 2.0 and 2.2 DTi engines in 2002-2004. The instrument communicates with the control unit via CAN-bus and fully controls the operating modes of the fuel injector on the bench. For the test, the original test plan for fuel injectors 0470504016 is used, in which the operating modes with and without pre-injection are tested. More details in the following videos. Прибор обменивается с блоком управления по CAN-шине и полностью управляет режимами работы ТНВД на стенде.
